Includes a 4 piston chrome caliper a polished stainless steel drilled 11.5 inch front disc and the front disc allen screw kit.
Upgrade the front braking system on your compatible Harley-Davidson Sportster with the V-Twin 23-0649 Front 4-Piston Brake Caliper and 11-1/2-Inch Disc Kit. This kit combines a four-piston front brake caliper with an 11-1/2-inch disc to provide a practical replacement or upgrade solution for select XL models from 1984 through 1993.
The four-piston caliper design supports consistent pad contact and dependable braking performance, while the drilled front disc helps promote heat dissipation during repeated braking. The coordinated caliper and disc configuration simplifies the process of matching key front brake components during installation and is suitable for restoration projects, maintenance work, or custom applications using compatible mounting hardware and related components.
Designed for specific Harley-Davidson XL fitments, the V-Twin 23-0649 kit is intended for riders and technicians seeking a straightforward front brake component package. Always verify the motorcycle model year, existing brake configuration, mounting points, and clearance before installation. Professional installation is recommended when servicing or upgrading critical braking components. Packaging dimensions may cause the carrier to classify this item as oversized, which can affect shipping calculations despite its actual weight.
Compatible applications include 1984–1993 Harley-Davidson XL models. Pair this kit with compatible brake pads and installation hardware as required for your application. Suggested related components include the V-Twin 23-0555 Chrome Front 4-Piston Left-Side Caliper and V-Twin 23-0343 11-1/2-Inch Drilled Front Brake Disc.
