The ZYXEL GS2220-28HP is a rack-mountable 24-port Gigabit Layer 2 PoE switch designed for converged networks supporting VoIP, video conferencing, IPTV, and other managed applications. It combines copper connectivity with dedicated SFP uplinks for flexible network expansion.
Tri-mode management gives you the choice of Nebula cloud management, standalone management, or SNMP. NebulaFlex Pro enables switching between standalone operation and the Nebula cloud-managed platform, with a 1-year Pro Pack bundled for cloud management.
PoE+ support based on IEEE 802.3at delivers up to 30W per port, with a 375W power budget for power-hungry connected devices. Intelligent consumption mode provides only the power required by connected devices, helping improve energy efficiency. Cloud and PoE LED indicators provide intuitive visibility into real-time status.
Advanced Layer 2 features include L2 multicast, IGMP snooping, Multicast VLAN Registration, and voice VLAN for effective traffic management. The smart fan design automatically adjusts fan speed based on device temperature for near-silent operation in desktop and rack-mount environments. A rack mounting kit and power cord are included.
